Kathy Menasche, Senior Director of Workforce and Business Development, leads the Business Training Group with over 20 years of extensive experience at Carroll Community College. With degrees from the University of Delaware and the University of Baltimore as well as college teaching experience, Kathy provides clients with superior leadership to identify training issues and customize solutions - building skills that build business. She has successfully secured grant funds in excess of $1.5 million. Active in the community, Kathy also serves on numerous advisory boards including the Carroll County Manufacturing Consortium and is a trustee for Carroll Lutheran Village.
Matt Day, Director of Business and
Technology Training, holds a Bachelors Degree in
Computer Information Science and a Masters Degree in Business
Administration, as well as CompTIA A+ certification.
Matt uses his business and technology background to develop courses
that enhance knowledge in the workplace - from business software training to information technology
and cyber security
programs.
Barbara Burke, Coordinator for Business Training & Services, received her degree from Indiana University. With a strong background in banking and finance, she has over 20 years of experience with corporate sales and training. Barb’s business knowledge and network allows her to locate the experts to meet company training needs and investigate grant funding availability for industry-specific training.
Marlene Titus, Coordinator of the Miller Center for
Small Business, draws on her education and experience as an attorney and a small business owner to develop courses that help business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. As past president of both the Towson Business Association and the Taneytown Chamber of Commerce, Marlene cultivates her connections with area business associations and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, as well as her affiliation with the CCPS Education Foundation, to promote successful networking opportunities for local area small businesses.
Beth Lee, Contract Manager, provides expertise in the delivery of training services developed from her professional experience coordinating workshops, staff development seminars and training programs at various colleges and universities since 1992.
