A keynote speaker panel, featuring several young entrepreneurs, will discuss how entrepreneurial farming families and business owners are adapting to the changes in agriculture and the economy.

- Grape Expectations (Drew Baker): Hear firsthand how a winery gets up and running. From growing the grapes to bottling the product, learn what it takes to be a part of the Carroll County Wine Trail.
- Organic Options (Nora Crist): Is organic farming right for you? Discover what options are available to a farming business interested in catching the “organic food” wave.
- Weeding Out Your Profits (Sam Miller): Learn the basics of financial statements! No matter your type of business, you need to have a basic understanding of the financial documents used to show profit and loss.
- Milking Social Media (Missie Wilcox): Take the first steps toward marketing your business to reach your customers! Use Facebook, Twitter and other social media to attract new clientele and keep them coming.
- Planting Seeds for the Future (Jesse Albright): Understand how changes in the laws and in society are requiring changes in the field of agriculture. Learn how to create new streams of income so that you and your family can continue to exist profitably on the family farm.
- Picking Your Product (Trevor Hoff): Can you start a new venture from your existing farm? Hear how this farmer created a side business from cattle farming.
