The Hikel Business Training Center is home to the Business Training Group and features business friendly classroom spaces, computer labs, conference rooms and the Miller Entrepreneurial Institute's Small Business Resource Center. All instructional spaces have “smart technology” conducive to multi-media supported teaching.

Our Conference Center is an exceptional setting for training, seminars, and educational workshops. All conference and break rooms offer state-of-the-art "smart rooms" with wide screen high definition projectors and wireless internet access. Our beautifully appointed space can accommodate groups as large as 400 or can be divided for smaller functions. Catering is available on site.

The Miller Entrepreneurial Institute serves as a programming umbrella for the college's small business programs. One of its features is the Miller Small Business Resource Center, which offers a space for meetings, resource materials, the Reference USA database for marketing or planning, printing services (for a small fee) and more!
The Miller Entrepreneurial Institute offers classes as part of the Small Business Training Network of Carroll County. Four partners coming together to serve business needs - Miller Entrepreneurial Institute, Carroll County Department of Economic Development, Small Business Development Center, and Start Up Carroll all provide advice and services to help small businesses grow.
