The Miller Entrepreneurial Institute was created in 2003 through the generous funding of William E. and Eleanor B. Miller to provide educational services to small business owners and entrepreneurs. The Miller Entrepreneurial Institute offers:

- Consulting (free and confidential)
- Technical Assistance
- A resource center for meetings, resource materials, the Reference USA database for marketing or planning, printing services (for a small fee) and more!
On campus, online and around the county, daytime, evenings or anytime! We build skills that build business!
The Miller Entrepreneurial Institute is a member of the Small Business Training Network. Partners include Carroll County Department of Economic Development, the Small Business Development Center and Start-Up Carroll.
